By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Description of Service

SeoDek is an AI powered SEO platform that helps businesses improve their search engine visibility. Our Service includes automated site audits, keyword research, content generation, rank tracking, and other SEO tools. Features may vary depending on your subscription plan and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at our discretion.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To use SeoDek, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Keeping your account information up to date

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

4. Subscription and Billing

SeoDek offers a free trial and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. SeoDek does not store your full credit card details.
• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on the plan you select.
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees at the start of each billing cycle.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days notice before the next billing cycle.
• If payment fails, we may suspend access to your account until the issue is resolved.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use SeoDek to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Generate or distribute spam, misleading content, or malicious software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from our platform without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the platform for any illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content

Content that you create using SeoDek, including articles, blog posts, and other written material generated through our AI tools, belongs to you. You retain full ownership of any content produced for your projects and websites.

Our Platform

The SeoDek platform, including its design, code, algorithms, branding, and documentation, is owned by SeoDek and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeoDek and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to SeoDek in the twelve months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete your account data after a reasonable period.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of SeoDek after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through good faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
